Shedding the Layers of your Being

...once we allow our true self to come out from layers of fear, guilt, insecurities and self-judgement, our pure essence exposes itself to the world and gets seen by it in return. The feeling is of a mixture of amazement, fear, happiness and pure joy of finally allowing yourself to BE. Pure radiance of our true self manifesting itself in the presence of the world around is overwhelming.
This is a long process that takes years, sometimes a lifetime. For to come to the point of all those layers of pretense and guardianship to come off, one must walk through a long path of self search and discover on that true inner self, that so longs to be shown to the world.
It is the only way to discover a true meaning of your life - as your core self is finally given a voice, it starts talking to you.  That is if you listen and hear.
Anything is possible when your soul is given a chance to speak and choose.  The sky is the limit. That is mainly because our inner true essence does not exist in the world of physical and emotional limitations. It exists beyond fear of failure and judgement.  It just IS.  So it lives in the moment of its true expression and full potential.  Our very essence is actually limitless - only gets controlled by our conservative minds and doubting logic. We filter our expression and do not let ourselves explore our true potential. Do it for years and eventually you will suffocate your soul, draining its aspirations dry and forcing it to forget its ture calling.  At that point you become ordinary.  "Average" is that state of "overcast/partly cloudy" when you potentially could have a sunny weather, but too many layers/clouds are covering that pure clear horizon to make it happen...
Through pain of letting go of familiar surroundings we grow. Through pain of change we improve and learn.  Through pain of pushing through fear and finding courage we become who we are born to be and the joy of reaching/living the balance in your heart is indescribable.

...Time to say Good-Bye...

..It happened. My beloved uncle passed on Friday night. His suffering in this lifetime is over. May you rest in peace, my dear uncle. I love you and will miss you. I will always keep happy memories of you in my heart. Thank you for having been a part of my life!
And there is silence. Is it quiet  where he is now? Is it bright there or dark? Would he remember all of us who stayed here crying for him? Will he miss us? I pray he is at peace. Your Soul is free now. Fly!
Crying...

“Death is our constant companion, and it is death that gives each person's life its true meaning.”

...I got news this morning from my mom, that my uncle who has been diagnosed with cancer a few months ago, just went into coma.  I cried...  What am I feeling? Emptiness. Sorrow. Sadness. Emptiness. Confusion... Death is hard to comprehend. I guess, the truth is we really won't until we are there, on the border of life and death, that we will really know... And still will we know?  How does it feel?  What does one experience looking through the cracked door into death valley?  I have never really thought of death. Why? Hmm...maybe my whole being is not very comfortable with the concept of death or I just think there is way too much of life to think about and no time to explore that "other side" yet.  We need to live.  We need to love. We have to make the best out of every day we are here, feeling, exploring, contemplating, worrying, struggling, enjoying and even suffering.  When you think, if only for a moment, that it only takes an instant sometimes to take it all away, where there is no more feeling, sensing, seeing, living...even suffering feels like a gift.  For if you feel pain, you know you are alive.
Thinking about my uncle never be able to live and feel is tragic. The end of the book of his life. Does he know it? Does his Soul know it will soon be permanently detached from his poor sick body?  How does it FEEL? or does it FEEL anything at all? Maybe there is only an eternal sensation of IS.  Maybe the state of complete detachment and freedom is the only natural state for our Soul to be in.  How do we know. We don't know...  I want to hope he is at peace now. I want to hope there, on the other side, his Soul will be happy and serene, he will be free of pain and suffering, regrets, remorse, fear and bad memories.  I wish he will be a part of something bigger than us, something beautiful and grand, like an ocean.  And everything good that he's ever been and ever done in this lifetime, will stay with his Soul forever.  He is still here, hanging on a string in between known and unknown, balancing on the thin border of Here and There.  He is Nowhere  and at the same time he is Now here... still here...  I love you, uncle... I am thinking about you now... can you feel it?

DON'T FORGET TO LIVE TO YOUR FULLEST!  ALL WE HAVE IS HERE AND NOW...

Life is an adventure!

"If you're brave enough to say good bye, life will reward you with a new hello"
P. Coelho

Happy Thursday!
It's a new day and it's wonderful.  I went for a run this morning and new thoughts came to my mind at I was looking at the ocean, breathing in salty fresh air and listening to my inner voice, tuning into what I was feeling...Here's my thought for the day.

Life is an interesting adventure. It is a mixture of exciting moments, glimpses of happiness, regret, sadness, surprise, "speckles" of occasional anger and brief frustration, then waves of exhilaration, that take you over every once in a while when you face something amazing and extraordinary, that your heart recognizes as true gift of fate…and so much more! Everything we feel and send out into the Universe becomes a part of it, taking place in a pool of energy of all things living.

An important thing to remember is that everything in life – material and “ephemeral” – is energy.  I believe in universal exchange of energy that strives for balance.  That means if something gets lost somewhere, there is something else that gets found.  To receive, you need to give.  To acquire something in your life, you need to let go of another.  This rule, in my mind, applies to everything we encounter in life.  When one door closes, another one opens somewhere to let you in or out, or to let something into your life - for nature is wise and it knows balance. It is us, humans always question the divine wisdom of the Universe and test the “rules” of nature continuously, fighting the signs we receive or just plainly ignoring them.
However, the key is to let go, stop trying to control everything at all times and thus to open the door to the energy that flows between all things living.  It is then we have a chance to sync the exchange of that energy between us and the rest of the world around.  Then magical things have a chance to happen…they really do!  Try it!

“Argue your limitations, and sure enough, they’re yours”  R. Bach

Good morning, Sunshine and the World!
It's a beautiful day today. Happy one. This I know for sure.
I also know for sure, that living in fear is wasting precious life, that is a gift and a great adventure...
There is no more being afraid to face today and open your heart to what is to come next.
There is only faith and love that will carry us through anything life has to send our way.
Welcome the day with a smile and surely you will be on the way to your dreams, for dreams lay inside of your heart and the only way to reach them is not to be afraid to take the first step.  You do not need to see the whole "staircase" to take one step, you only need to commit to that first step and start. Take the first step!

Have a great morning and talk soon!!!

Life is truly an amazing experience, if you let yourself live to the fullest. Don't be scared to let life happen to you! More on this in the next post.

Write. Write. Write!

"Writing is socially acceptable form
 of getting naked in public"
Paulo Coelho

Well, hello there! Here I am starting fresh with my Life Book hoping to share  all what's on my mind and in my heart with you...
It's been coming for a while, the desire and longing for writing and expressing myself is the most open way possible - putting words on paper, or, in this case, here, into my cyber journal.

From my journal dated Oct. 26, 2009: "I do need to write. This is the only thing that will keep me from getting insane. This is the only cure for my restless soul. All the emotions and feelings that ache my body need to be let out..."

So I'll be letting them out. One moment at a time...in hopes that letting go and setting myself free by means of expressing my inner true self will also let YOU feel, that you are not alone; and maybe help you cope with you own emotions and feelings.  One moment at a time...

Read on, for I can feel a lot coming up to the surface of my being that I will need to share and let go of...

So those who want to know, stay tuned. Let's see what comes out of this...
Ready? Here we go!
